Jon: A desperate plea: debugging plugins has been an ongoing problem for years. USed to be doable, now I have to rely on multiple calls to DebuStr from my plugin to see what's going on. Hardly elegant.
May I urge RS to finally create a mechanism, and clearly document with a simple example project (RB and Xcode projects), to easily debug a plugin from Xcode's debugger while debugging the RB host app from the RB IDE. This would make our lives MUCH easier! Peter. On 2/10/07, Jonathan Johnson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:

That's unfortunately at this time impossible due to when plugins are loaded. However, file a feature request, as it used to be doable in earlier versions of 2006 (although undocumented). It appears the method has been broken recently due to our work on the compiler, and since it was undocumented, I'm not surprised :) -Jon -- Jonathan Johnson [EMAIL PROTECTED] REAL Software, Inc.
