I have seen this happen. You are naming the file with
the same name each time correct? This has happened to
me when someone is viewing the Real Media file that is
already on the server at the time you are trying to
overwrite that file. I just look at my real server
monitor and wiat until the viewer is done with the
material then send it over again.
