What you want is RMEvents.exe, a command line utility that comes with
RealProducer G2 (It's in the Program Files\Real\RealProducer folder). It
allows you to embed information in a .rm file that causes "url flips" at
points that you specify on the timeline. In DOS, run RMEvents.exe and it
will display the command line syntax. For help, look at Program
Files\Real\RealProducer\Help\producer.htm. Click on Index in the left frame
under the Real logo. Then go down to RMEvents and click on that. You'll
need more help than this, because you need to know the format for the
events.txt file, but this is a place to start. I know I've seen tutorials
about how to use RMEvents.exe and the format for the events.txt file in a
couple of places. You might try downloading the RealProducer G2 Authoring
Kit and the RealProducer G2 SDK from
http://www.realnetworks.com/devzone/tools/index.html.
