I've done this using the command line utility RMEvents. Create a text file
that contains the start and end times for the URL switches, the URLs to be
displayed in the targeted frame, and the name of the frame to be targeted.
Then use RMEvents to merge this data with your .rm file. A sample line in
your event text file would look like this:

u 00:05:52.0 00:06:16.0 &&framename&&http://www.real.com/filename.html
