Have a look at CU-SeeMe Web, www.cuseemeworld.com

You can use embedded SMIL to design around this interface. The interface
thats there at the moment is very ugly but youget to design your own....
have a look at the code. There software also has a plug-in to the Real
Server "Continuos Presence Plug-in"b but it does not have any functionality
(yet).
