These sorts of "bells and wistles" are only available in the Plus version of
the RealPlayer. Unfortunately there is no way to programatically modify
these values other than possibly changin a reg file entry. The best thing to
do is probably make your users aware that they have the option to modify these
levels as long as they have the right player and let them optimize it
themselves.
