Eran:

Exlivpix only works for .jpg files, so the simplest
solution is to convert your .gif files to .jpg format.

Alternately, we have developed a Windows-based app
called PixDropper that will allow you to drag-and-drop
JPEG files to do all of this live, and it's only $99.
You can find it on the RealStore and our site-
www.candescent.ca. You might find this easier to use
than exlivpix.exe, and it has many additional features
for live image webcasts that you might find useful,
such as auto-file monitoring, auto-directory
monitoring, image transitions, etc.
