This is not entirely true, port 10001 is used in Authentication server and port
9000 in simulator.

This is "Operator Error".

I've already discussed the issues with Zishu, but he fails to listen.

The problem is Zishu is on an internal LAN (school) that is utilizing some form
of "F-Secure" software firewall/campus antivirus software, and the realXtend
viewer seems to be unable to get out to the internet properly (he is unable to
disable the software firewall/antivirus because of security settings imposed by
the school/network administrators).

I don't see any way around this issue, other than going off campus. I'm not
sure if it's a proxy server issue (at the university campus LAN) or hardware
firewall/software firewall issue on the Campus workstations.

The second issue, is he is using the incorrect port number (should be port
9000) and I've told him this several times over and over again (but he
continues to type 10001 for some strange reason).

He would need to get help from his local University Network Administrators, but
more than likely he will need to go off campus to use the realXtend viewer
because most corporations (or Universities) that use software firewalls (as
part of their network administration/security settings) and are often using
Proxy servers to route traffic and block ports for a reason, and it seems
unlikely that they will open/forward the correct ports just for him.
As I told him previously, the easiest solution is to go off campus and using a
public network internet connection.
