I've tried to decipher the message, but it seems unclear as to what
specifically he is asking for.

Could you give us specific questions (one by one), and maybe we can work to
answer those questions. The paragraphs don't seem to make much sense in
English (even after a "Google Translation").

*>"is pre-configured with the ip of the previous owner try to change all ...
>where the files appear and opensim.ini, which is very different
>opensim.ini of the server realxtend ..."
*
I'm not exactly sure what to make of that statement. Is he having a DNS
problem? Is this a networking issue? Connectivity problem?

Please be more specific in your questions (and please have someone do a
proper translation) so that we can be of more help to you.

We need a clear and concise question (that we can understand) so that we can
try to help you. Questions such as "it's broke" or "it doesn't work" really
don't help us much, and there is simply no way that we can troubleshoot the
problem without a clear and concise question (stating what the problem is,
what isn't working, and any steps you may have taken to troubleshoot the
problem).
Master Tanker stated:

Nope, I don't know "who was who" either, but yes it would be possible to
compile the latest version of Modrex.

Instructions on how to compile ModRex can be found here:

http://opensimulator.org/wiki/ModRex

ModRex is a "pre-alpha" software, so don't expect any support at the
moment. It's still being developed, and it's not ready for
mainstream/beta-testing use. It's still in Alpha stages. So if you don't
know what you're doing, then Modrex isn't for you just yet. You may want to
give Modrex a bit more time to mature, and maybe try back in another 3-4
months when it begins to get closer to Beta stages.

*>Or at least a compilation of functional modrex virgin, which

Not exactly sure what you are trying to say in that paragraph, but I'm
guessing that you are having trouble getting ModRex to work. That should be
expected, as ModRex is still in early Alpha stages. If you can't get ModRex
to build, or even compile, then you're certainly not the ideal candidate to
be "Alpha Testing" modrex.

I would suggest that you give the ModRex product a bit more time to mature,
wait till a stable release is made, and wait till the "end user"
documentation improves.

*>Frankly the tutorial that appears
>opensim on page modrex to compile does not work, it
>try both linux and Windows and both get errors that

As I stated previously, Modrex isn't for everyone right now. It's still an
"ALPHA-stage" software. You may want to wait till it gets closer to
Beta-stage, or wait till a final release, or stable release candidate is
made available (with good end-user documentation). You certainly don't seem
to have a strong enough background to be "Alpha Testing" software.

As the Wiki pages state, it's an ALPHA software, don't expect it to work all
that well, it's still in early stages of development/testing. The core
developers are working extremely hard on Modrex, and Rex-NG, but it's going
to take some time before a stable RC (release candidate) is posted.

              Thank-you,

                   Mark
