Hi, hui ning: You can safely ignore the warning about old mesh format.
For me it seems that the Physics scene is not fully ported. I have terrain, boxes, and simple water plane (not Hydrax) and no sky, but the terrain is below the water plane. I'm running the HEAD of LudoCraft/Tundra, but I think the case is same Tundra at realxtend/naali as it seems that the code in the latter repo is not updated in 5 months.
