Like most non-trivial extensions to REBOL, Unicode support is not likely to happen soon unless there is a direct commercial demand for it. In other words, if you have a commercial use for it and are prepared to sign commercial licensing and consulting agreements, then please contact us, and we can implement Unicode support for you quickly.
