Actually,  I  think  Carl  was  referring to XML and REBOL as data
representation  languages. Both can be used for representing data;
REBOL  can  be  used  to represent "actions" too, because it has a
built-in interpreter that is able to execute some data if it has a
specific format.

I prefer REBOL to XML. It is much more clean and readable.
