Hi, Jack, U.K. Cowboy, (cute nick name)! Can you purchase the block of Parmesan cheese over there in England? Here, in the States, you can purchase the block, it runs about ten dollars per pound, and grate it yourself, or you can get it already grated in plastic jars. Kraft makes it. I know other brands do exist. Sometimes, they grate and mix Parmesan and Romano cheeses.
