Multi Bean Soup
Thoroughly wash 2-1/2 cups dry 11 or 15 bean mix.
Cover with water with 2 Tbs. salt and soak overnight.
In morning, drain and add 2 quarts of water and 1/2 lb. cubed ham or ham 
hocks.
Bring to boil and stir occasionally.  Turn to low and simmer 2-1/2 hours.
Add 1 large chopped onion
28 oz. can tomatoes
Seasoning - Use Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy (Don't worry it's just a pepper mix 
and not that hot.  It's good on cooked veggies too.)
Simmer 30 minutes.  It will thicken up.
