>Spinach-Stuffing Balls
>1 3/4 cups stuffing mix
>2 (10-ounce) packages frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
>1 medium onion, chopped
>2 large eggs, beaten
>3/4 cup butter, melted
>1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
>1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
>1/2 teaspoon thyme
>1 teaspoon salt
>1/2 teaspoon pepper
>Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Lightly greased baking sheet.
>In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use an ice cream scoop to 
>form mixture into balls. Place balls on prepared baking sheet.
>Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
>Serves 8.
