Bacon Onion Green Beans

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans -- trimmed
6 bacon strips -- diced
1 medium onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted

Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook,
uncovered, for 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp tender.

Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Remove to paper towels, drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.

Saute onion in the drippings until tender.

Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Drain beans, place in a large serving
bowl. Stir in the onion mixture and bacon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
