Carolle's Syrian Rice

6 T. butter
2/3 C. orzo
2 C. rice
1 tsp salt
3-1/2 C. water
4 chicken boullion cubes

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add orzo and saute till golden brown
Add rice and stir to coat.
Add salt, water and boullon cubes.
Bring to boil.
Turn heat to low, cover and simmer about 15-20 min until all liquid is
absorbed.
Makes 8 servings.
