Chocolate Pecan Angels 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 1 egg white
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Combine chocolate chips, pecans and powdered sugar in medium bowl. Add egg white and mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until edges of cookies are light golden brown. Let cookies stand on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
