Butter Icing for Cookies

Perfect for cookies - not too soft - not too hard - just right.

makes 20 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups confectioners' sugar

2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons cream

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Heat cream and butter or margarine. Add sugar and vanilla. Remove from 
heat and beat until thick.
