ASPARAGUS TART With CHEESE
Ingrediants: 1-2 lbs. Asparagus, tough ends removed 2 Onions 6 Garlic cloves ½ c. Milk 2 T. Sour cream 3 Eggs 2-3 t. Basil or tarragon ½ t. Pepper 1/8 t. Nutmeg ½ c. Parmesan 8 oz. Mozzarella or cheddar, shredded Directions: Grease 9" pan. Cook asparagus till tender/crisp.drop in ice water. drain & pat dry. cut into 1" pieces. Saute onions. Add garlic till lightly browned. Combine milk, sour cream, pepper, eggs, nutmeg. whisk till smooth. add Parmesan. place asparagus in pan.
