SAUSAGE CON QUESO DIP:
1 lb. roll hot sausage (Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed 
1 jar salsa (16 oz)
1 pkg. tortilla chips
Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet/saucepan on
medium heat until browned. Drain, return to pan. Add
cheese to sausage, cook stirring frequently until
cheese is melted. Stir in salsa. Serve warm with
chips.
