Annie Potts Pan-fried Crab Cakes Serves 6
1/3 cup sour cream 1 egg, beaten lightly 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp cayenne 1 lb crab meat 1 cup dry bread crumbs 6 tbsp olive oil Salsa, for garnish Combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into 12 patties about 2 inches in diameter. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute on both sides until lightly browned.
