White Bean and Tomato Salad
Cans of white beans and seasoned tomatoes tossed with fresh celery and
parsley 
Cooking Method: No Cook
Prep Time: 10
Cooking Time: Up to 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings (about 3/4 cup each)
Ingredients  
1 can (15 ounces)  cannellini beans, drained,
rinsed1 can (14.5 ounce)  Hunt*s® Diced Tomatoes with Basil,
Garlic and Oregano, undrained1 cup  sliced
celery1/4 cup loosely packed chopped flat leaf
parsley1 tablespoon  balsamic vinegarLemon pepper or ground black
pepper, optional4 lettuce leaves
Directions 
Stir together beans, tomatoes, celery, parsley and vinegar in medium
bowl. Season with pepper, if desired. Divide salad equally on each
lettuce leaf.
