White Bean and Tomato Salad Cans of white beans and seasoned tomatoes tossed with fresh celery and parsley Cooking Method: No Cook Prep Time: 10 Cooking Time: Up to 10 minutes Makes: 4 servings (about 3/4 cup each) Ingredients 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed1 can (14.5 ounce) Hunt*s® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained1 cup sliced celery1/4 cup loosely packed chopped flat leaf parsley1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarLemon pepper or ground black pepper, optional4 lettuce leaves Directions Stir together beans, tomatoes, celery, parsley and vinegar in medium bowl.
