Burgundy Beef & Bacon Stroganoff

I craved red meat after my stem-cell rescue in 1997. We ate this meal every 
week for a month.

4 slices bacon

1 1/2 lb beef top cut in 1/4" cubes

1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup

1/4 C. burgundy or dry red wine

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1/8 tsp black pepper

In lg pan, cook bacon until crisp, remove & crumble. Brown beef in drippings; 
pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat 60 min

or until beef is tender. Serve over egg noodles.
