Classico™ Olive Oil 2 tsp. Lawry*s® Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. Lawry*s®
Seasoned Pepper DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 400°.
In 13 x 9-inch roasting pan, with or without rack, place chicken
breast-side-up. Rub chicken with Olive Oil, then sprinkle Lawry*s®
Seasoned Salt and Lawry*s® Seasoned Pepper over outside and inside
cavity of chicken. Roast 60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted
in thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°. Let stand 10 minutes
before slicing. SERVING SIZEServes: 8
