LAYER AFTER LAYER LEMON PIE

 

1/3 cup strawberry jam

1 graham cracker crust

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tbs sugar

2 tubs 8 oz each COOL WHIP, thawed

1 1/2 cups cold milk

2 small pkgs lemon instant pudding

 

Spread jam on bottom of crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until 
smooth. Stir 1/2 tub whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over jam.

 

Pour milk into a bowl. Add pudding mixes, beat 1 min. or until blended. Stir in 
remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4

hours or until set. GARNISH WITH A DOLLOP OF WHIPPED CREAM. Makes 8 servings.*
