Cheesy Skillet Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
2 14-oz. jars marinara sauce
2 c. cooked rotini pasta
1-1/3 c. Frenches French Fried Onions, divided
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. (4-oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook beef in large skillet until brown. Drain. Stir in sauce, pasta,
and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Heat to boiling, stirring
occasionally. Spoon ricotta over beef mixture. Sprinkle with
mozzarella and remaining 2/3 cup of onions. Cover and cook over medium
heat 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.

Yield four servings.
