Butterscotch Pumpkin Brownies
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. butterscotch chips
In mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients. In another bowl blend
egg, butter, vanilla, sugar and pumpkin. Add pumpkin mixture to dry
ingredients. Stir in nuts and butterscotch chips. Spread into 8 by 8
inch greased pan. Bake at dg350 25-30 minutes.
Makes about 24 bars.
