Baba Cake 
1 yellow cake (made from your favorite recipe) 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained slightly 
1 package instant pudding 
1/2 the milk needed to make the pudding (about 1 cup I believe) 1
package cream cheese 2 cups heavy/whipping cream, whipped (or one
container of Cool Whip, if you're lazy like me!) shredded coconut
(optional) 
chopped walnuts (optional) 
1.  Mix the instant pudding and the milk together.  Add the cream
cheese; mix until smooth.  Start adding the whipped cream, one large
spoonful at a time.  Stop when it tastes good.  (Note: sometimes I only
add about 2/3 of the whipped cream, others I use all of it.  Add it
until YOU think it tastes good) 
2.  Spread the slightly drained (moist but not dripping) pineapple on
the cake.  Spread the icing on top.  Add coconut and walnuts, if you
like (I don't, but everyone else in my family does).
