CHICKEN CHEESE BALL
2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (softened) 
1 large can of white chicken (drained) 
2 Tbs. chicken bouillon (granulated) 
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 
1 C. chopped pecans 
Mix all ingredients well, except pecans. 
Shape into a ball and leave in refrigerator overnight then roll in
chopped pecans and serve with crackers of your choice
