WHITE CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup LAND O LAKES(r) Butter -- softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 package white baking chips (We recommend NESTLÈ(r) TOLL
HOUSE(r) Morsels) -- (12-ounce) (2 cups)
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat at
high speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Add eggs; beat
until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; gradually add flour
mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in morsels by hand.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to
11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
