As a pasta and vegetable fiend, I'll definitely have to try this
recipe. I haven't made anything with feta cheese in ages. ::Chuckles::
I remember the first day I moved into my first apartment, weeks after
high school graduaion, I was absolutely delighted to finally have the
chance to explore cooking. (While living with my family, I was told
that due to my being blind, there was no way I'd be able to cook.)
Well gosh, I wanted to find out for myself. Shortly after I moved
into my apartment, went grocery shopping and that evening with a
little assistance, I cooked a simple meal of pasta--I think they were
egg nooodles--with feta cheese and olive oil with seasoning. Nothing
spectacular, but I felt as if I had just discovered a whole new world.
And that pasta sure tasted deeeeeeelicious!
