Beef 'N Vegetable Stir-Fry for Two

Yield: 1 
Ingredients: 
          1    cup  uncooked instant white rice 
          1    cup  water 
        1/4     lb  extra-lean ground beef 
          1     sm  onion, sliced 
      1 1/2    cup  Green Giant Select Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed 
        1/2      x  red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips 
          2    tbl  purchased stir-fry sauce 
          2    tbl  water 
        1/2    tsp  grated gingerroot 
Method:
Preparation Directions:
1. Cook rice in 1 cup water as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion
over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
Drain.
3. Add all remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until
vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve vegetable
mixture over rice.
Who needs take-out when you can create a colorful, flavorful stir-fry at
home in just minutes?
