Cake Mix Christmas Cookies 1 pkg. (18.25 oz) cake mix (chocolate, cherry, lemon) of your choice 2 eggs 1/2 cup shortening 1 Tbs. water 1/2 cup chopped nuts Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. You may want to chill the dough before rolling.
