ANOTHER CAKE MIX COOKIES
2/3 cup shortening 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 box of layer cake mix Mix half of the cake mix with the shortening, eggs and vanilla, until smooth. Stir in the remaining cake mix. May add raisins or chocolate chips, etc. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
