FRENCH ECLAIR CAKE

2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
Milk
Cool Whip
Whole graham crackers
Betty Crocker chocolate frosting

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix 2 small packages instant 
French vanilla pudding mix. Using 1/2 cup less milk than recipe calls for
(on pudding mix). Add to that 1 large container of Cool Whip. Put layer of 
above mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Add 
remaining
pudding mix. Top with another layer of crackers.

Frost with 1 can chocolate frosting mixed with 3 tablespoons of milk. 
Refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy.
