Onion Cheese Pie
1 cup milk, scalded 3 cups sliced onions 2 T. oil 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 t. oregano 1/2 t. salt 1 unbaked 9"inch pie shell Preheat oven to 350. Cool scalded milk to lukewarm. Sauté sliced onions in oil until transparent. Blend onions with milk. Add eggs, cheese, oregano and salt. Mix thoroughly and spoon into unbaked 9" pieshell. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
