Alicia's Flour Tortilla
Keys: Quickbreads Breads Southwest Tortilla Mexican Mexico Mex
Central American Mexican Yield: 4 Serving
Ingredients:
4 cup Flour
2 tbl Lard
1/2 cup Warm milk
1 tbl Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients and sift. Mix in lard. Add milk gradually. Knead
til smooth. Roll in pieces. roll out flat very thin. Cook on griddle til
lightly spotted.
