Turkey Surprise Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped 3-4 sticks of celery finely diced 1/2 pt of white sauce (made using 1oz butter 1oz flour 1/2pt milk and seasoning) diced cold turkey 3oz frozen peas 4oz cooked carrots diced 4oz sweet corn 4oz mushrooms sliced and sautéd in butter (optional) Sauté the onions and celery in butter, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Place in a casserole cover and heat in a moderate oven 350F/180C/Gas 4 for about 30 mins until just bubbling.
