Vegetables with Peppers & Parmesan
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets 
2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil 
1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips 
1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin strips 
4 Tbsp. (60mL) Parmesan cheese 
1/3 cup (80mL) chopped green onion 
2 cups (480mL) cherry tomatoes 
Directions:
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. 
Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes and drain. 
In a large skillet, add oil and heat to medium high. 
Add peppers and cook, stirring until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. 
Add cauliflower, Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic, cherry tomatoes and
green onion. 
Cook for 2 more minutes or until vegetables are heated through. 
Place in a heated bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 
Serve hot.
