BAJA CHIPOTLE FISH TACOS           Makes 6 servings 
Preparation time: 15 minutes; marinating time: 30 minutes 
Cooking time: 15 minutes 
1/2 cup plus 2 to 4 tablespoons Baja Chipotle Marinade With Lime Juice
(such as Lawry*s or another brand) 
1 1/2 pounds cod or other firm white fish fillets 
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream 
12 corn tortillas, warmed 
2 cups shredded green cabbage 
In a resealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup marinade and fish; turn to
coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove fish; discard
marinade. Broil fish 15 minutes. 
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and remaining
2 to 4 tablespoons marinade. To serve, arrange fish in 2 stacked
tortillas (for each taco), top with cabbage and drizzle with sauce.
Serve immediately. 
Per serving: 196 calories, 20 grams protein, 4 grams fat (19 percent
calories from fat), 1.4 grams saturated fat, 19 grams carbohydrate, 48
milligrams cholesterol, 656 milligrams sodium, 2 grams fiber.
