Beef And Spinach Dip 1 pound lean ground beef 1 small onion chopped 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened 2 9 ounce packages creamed spinach thawed 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/3 cup refrigerated shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook beef and onion in a large skillet stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain.
