Breakfast Ham Ring
 10 eggs
1 pound ground, fully cooked ham
1 pound pork sausage
1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 6-cup ring mold with non-stick vegetable
spray.
In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs lightly.  Add ham, sausage, bread crumbs, milk,
parsley, and horseradish; mix thoroughly.  Press into prepared ring mold.
Bake for 1-1/4 hours.
Scramble remaining eggs to desired doneness.
Drain juices from ring mold; unmold onto a serving platter.  Fill the center
with scrambled eggs.  Serve immediately.
