Allen Ranch Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
1 qt tomato sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 lb brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
2 bot ketchup - (13 oz ea)
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp mace
1 tsp celery salt
3 tsp garlic Juice
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Combine all ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for several hours until
desired thickness is reached.
This recipe yields about 1 gallon.
