Perishky Cookies 1 Cup sugar 1 Cup sour cream 1/2 Cup butter 3 eggs 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 lemon, juice and rind Enough flour to make a soft dough Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream. Roll out, cut with round cookie cutter and spoon on tart jam. Fold over and seal the edges well. Bake in 375 F oven till golden brown
