Chicken Stroganoff

2 T. oil
2 pounds chicken parts
1 pouch Campbell's dry onion mushroom soup mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream

In large skillet, over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until
browned on all sides. Turn occasionally. spoon off fat. Stir soup mix and 
water
into skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 
minutes or
until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Remove chicken to platter. 
Skim
fat from cooking liquid, Stir sour cream into skillet Heat through. Do not
boil. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serves 4   Source unknown
