MARSHALL FIELD SANDWICH
3 slices rye bread (without crusts) 1 slice ham, cooked 2 slices bacon, cooked 1 slice turkey, cooked 1 slice tomato 1 hard boiled egg, grated 1/4 C. mayo 2 T. catsup Place turkey and ham on first slice of bread and cover with second slice. Place bacon and tomato on second slice and cover with third. Make a dressing with the egg, mayo and catsup and cover the sandwich generously. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and a sprig of parsley.
