Well, Steve, thanks for this one. I have aching joints and the arthritis meds
don't help that much.

  Subject: [RecipesAndMore] Aching Joints

   Aching Joints

Aching joints can occur at any age. Sometimes it may be caused by sensitivity
to certain foods--many times white flour, white sugar, dairy products, and
vegetables in the nightshade family (tomatoes, white potatoes, and eggplant)
are the culprits. Dehydration may also cause joint pain if you don't get enough
water.

You can add foods to your diet that can help with relieving the pain--cayenne
pepper (can also be used in a cream to rub on the painful area), ginger, and
tumeric. Pineapple eaten by itself will help ease inflammation (joints and
muscles).

A single candle can illuminate an entire room. A true friend lights up
an entire lifetime. Thanks for the bright lights of your friendship.
