Oh, Steve! thanks so much for this; it is my time to see the old doc this coming Monday, and I was going to talk to him about this, and also my toe. I first thought the toe was infected, but the more I bathe it with Epsom salts, it seems better, but we still have time till Monday, so it just might be all better, just like the guy who goes to the dentist, and then no need to show it to him, plus I have this problem with my feet being extremely sensitive, and I cannot stand anyone touching my feet without me laughing, and me drawing my feet back nearer to me. aren't I a mess. It could be dehydration, as Mom keeps the house so hot, closed up tighter than a jug, and it's awful; I think I drink enough water, and go outside to sit when it is unbearable in there, and my clothes are dripping with sweat, so it could be dehydration. you are so so smart, thanks for these wonderful posts.

I have aching joints and the arthritis meds don't help that much. ----- Original Message ----- From: steve doyle To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, June 19, 2008 5:41 PM Subject: [RecipesAndMore] Aching Joints Aching Joints Aching joints can occur at any age. Sometimes it may be caused by sensitivity to certain foods--many times white flour, white sugar, dairy products, and vegetables in the nightshade family (tomatoes, white potatoes, and eggplant) are the culprits. Dehydration may also cause joint pain if you don't get enough water. You can add foods to your diet that can help with relieving the pain--cayenne pepper (can also be used in a cream to rub on the painful area), ginger, and tumeric. Pineapple eaten by itself will help ease inflammation (joints and muscles). A single candle can illuminate an entire room. A true friend lights up an entire lifetime. Thanks for the bright lights of your friendship. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Access the Recipes And More list archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/recipesandmore%40googlegroups.com/ Visit the group home page at: http://groups.google.com/group/RecipesAndMore -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
