SPINACH QUICHE   

      1 pkg. folded pastry
      6 oz. Swiss cheese, chopped or grated
      6 oz. Jalapeno cheese, chopped or grated
      4 eggs
      1 c. mayonnaise
      1 1/2 c. milk
      1 tbsp. cornstarch
      1/2 tsp. nutmeg
      1/2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
      1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
      1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out pastry 1 inch larger than original 
size. Spray deep quiche pan with Pam. Line pan with pastry and dust lightly 
with flour. Beat eggs, add next 5 items, mix well. Pour into large quiche pan 
or 2 regular size pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until knife 
inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
